  • To be eligible for refund, merchandise must be returned within 15 days of receipt of your order.  To be eligible for a credit, merchandise must be returned within 30 days of receipt of your order.Merchandise returned more than 30 days after receipt will not be accepted.
  • Merchandise must be unworn, unwashed, free of any alterations and all original tags must be attached to the garment(s).
  • Damaged items must be reported to our customer service team within 24 hours of receiving your order. We will gladly replace the item free of charge if the item is available. Should we not be able to replace it, you will be refunded for the item. Please note: Combo Boxing is not responsible for normal wear and tear on an item. Once the tag is removed, we are no longer responsible for any damages that occur to that item.
  • Please take care when trying on garments, as we cannot accept garments that have makeup stains and/or garments that smell of perfume, smoke or heavy body odor. All returns are subject to inspection and we have the right to refuse your refund if the return does not meet these requirements.
  • Returns must be issued to the original form of payment. If this is not possible, the return will be issued in the form of online store credit.

If your return does not meet these requirements, you will be contacted and the items will be returned to you immediately. We reserve the right to refuse a refund if the items have any signs of wear, alterations, misuse or damage that has not been reported. How should I send my return back?

To initiate the return process:

  1. Securely repack your items in the re-sealable package you received them in or send back with your own packaging of choice.
  2. Address package to: Combo Boxing Returns Dept, Order #____________, 719 S. Los Angeles Street, Suite 1110 Los Angeles, CA 90014.
  3. Enclose a copy of the receipt.
  4. Purchase a prepaid Return Label and affix it to the front of the package.
  5. Drop your package off at a U.S. Postal Service mailbox or the carrier of your choosing.

Return shipping costs are currently not reimbursed and you will not be refunded for the original cost of shipping.

Refunds & Processing Time

If your package arrives at Combo’s Returns Department within the 30-day timeline specified above, your refund will be processed in the original form of payment within two weeks from the date we receive the item(s). You will be notified via email to the address listed on your account when this transaction has taken place. Your banking institution may require additional days to process and post this transaction to your account once they have received the information from Combo.

If Two Or More Payment Methods Are Used

If you have used two or more payment methods for a purchase and items are returned, the gift card/store credit will be refunded first followed by the additional payment method or methods.
